Your Responsibilities

I understand I am responsible for completing the duties associated with the role I am applying for, as outlined in 'The Hustle Champions: Volunteer Pilot Program Information Booklet' (pg.4-5), and as instructed by the Volunteer Coordinator.

Your Benefits

In return for your time and efforts, you will receive the benefits outlined in 'The Hustle Champions: Volunteer Pilot Program Information Booklet' (pg.6).

Terms and Conditions

I agree to the Terms and Conditions in the ‘The Hustle Champions: Volunteer Pilot Program Information Booklet’ (page 10) and understand that if I don’t follow them, my volunteer benefits may be reviewed or withdrawn.

Media Release Consent

By signing this agreement, I consent to being photographed and filmed during my volunteer activities. I grant The Hustle permission to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

Privacy Agreement

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
