Your Responsibilities

I understand I am responsible for completing the duties associated with the role I am applying for, as outlined in 'The Hustle Champions: Volunteer Pilot Program Information Booklet' (pg.4-5), and as instructed by the Volunteer Coordinator.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in 'The Hustle Champions: Volunteer Pilot Program Information Booklet' (pg.10) and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in a review and potential revocation of your volunteer benefits.

Media Release Consent

By signing this agreement, you consent to being photographed and filmed during your volunteer activities. You grant The Hustle permission to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

Privacy Agreement
