Court's Open! The Booking Calendar Is Now Publicly Available at The Hustle

Hey Hustle Fam! Good news!

We're excited to announce that booking your court time at The Hustle just got even easier!

As a community facility built for our amazing members, we've launched a publicly accessible booking calendar on the website. This means seeing and securing your spot on the court is now a breeze!

Starting 4 July 2024, you can now:

• 🗓️ See Available Times: Check the calendar at your convenience to find the perfect time for you and your crew. No more scrambling or messaging to find out if the court is free.

• ⌚️ Plan Ahead: Book your court in advance and secure your spot. This ensures you get the court time you want, whenever you want it. You can also now book multiple sessions up to 8 weeks in advance.

• 🤔 No More Guessing: Say goodbye to wondering if the court is open! The calendar will show real-time availability, eliminating any last-minute surprises.
  

Respecting Our Community & Booking System

Remember, The Hustle is a community facility, and we rely on everyone honouring the booking system and the time you've paid for. This means showing up on time and finishing your game within your allotted time slot. If we find that you've gone over your booked time slot, you'll be charged the difference and will need to settle the balance before your next booking. This helps ensure fairness and keeps the court available for everyone in the community.

How to Access the Calendar

Just head over "Book the Court" and select the full or half-court duration that you want to book in order to view availability.

Game On! Streamlined Court Booking is Here!

Hey Hustle Fam!

We're always striving to make your experience at The Hustle even better. To keep you in the loop about court availability and make booking a breeze, our team is revamping the court booking process!

Here's the scoop: Starting 1st July, 2024, we've streamlined our booking process. 

What changed?

• One-Stop Booking: All court bookings will be made through our website

• Upfront & Easy Payments: Payments for your court time will be required upfront through the website. No pay, no play. The good news? You can pay for multiple bookings at once, saving you time!

• Goodbye Beem: We'll no longer be accepting Beem payments for court bookings. 

• Heads up for outstanding payments: To keep things fair for everyone, please ensure any previous court bookings (including any additional time you spend on court) are settled before making new ones.

• Changes on the fly? No problem! Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, just let us know via the chat function on this website with at least 48 hours notice before your booked time.
  

We believe these changes will make it quicker and easier for you to secure your court time and focus on what you do best – hustling on the court!
